Overview

Digb is a specialized tax and accounting service built for real estate investors. I was brought on to design and develop the product from the ground up—starting with brand identity, moving through UI/UX for the web app, and finally delivering a polished marketing website. The goal was to create a seamless experience for users to manage their property finances, track expenses, and connect with accounting professionals—all within one platform. My role covered everything from UX research, wireframing, UI design, prototyping, and implementation using Webflow for the marketing site.

Problems

Real estate investors often struggle with tax processes that are either too generic or too complex. Most existing tools were cluttered, designed for general users, or lacked features specific to property-related deductions and compliance. Onboarding was usually manual, and users found it difficult to stay organized or access expert help when needed. The founder of Digb wanted to solve this by creating a platform tailored to their niche, with simplified workflows, automated data input, and a more intuitive user interface.

Solutions

The final product launched successfully with strong user adoption and excellent feedback from early users. Investors found the dashboard easy to navigate, and the clear presentation of financial data made tax preparation far less stressful. The marketing site contributed to a steady flow of qualified leads, increasing client onboarding by over 40% in the first two months. Digb now stands out as a modern, reliable solution in a traditionally outdated space—positioned for continued growth in the real estate accounting niche.
