TrackPlus is a truck tracking system designed to streamline logistics and fleet management for Australian transport companies. The app provides real-time location tracking, route optimization, and performance insights for trucking businesses. My role was to design an intuitive, user-friendly interface that balances functionality with simplicity, ensuring drivers, fleet managers, and dispatchers can use it seamlessly.

Problems

Fleet managers in Australia often rely on outdated systems, manual communication, or complex dashboards that are difficult for drivers and dispatchers to use. The lack of a simple, mobile-first solution creates:

• Alerts & notifications: Instant updates for delays, accidents, or maintenance needs
